Sunday Leads

Rather than serving the church, we encourage our team members to be the church.

A Sunday Lead is responsible for ensuring a team executes its duties with excellence during their assigned shifts. They provide leadership, mission focus, and care for the team members on that day.

This provides leads with the opportunity to play an essential role in their team’s spiritual development and see the mission accomplished on a Sunday.
