Village Church exists to see people become fully devoted followers of Jesus. 

Serving on our teams is not about filling a need but rather participating in the work God is doing in our midst. Worship embodies teaching, serving, and connecting with God. When we truly worship and lead others in worship, we can participate in one of the most powerful, transformative roles in the discipleship of others. This isn’t our work, it’s God’s work. God is the one moving through his Spirit in our guests’ lives, and our job is to be obedient to how he’s asked us to participate.
