God is a giver. Everything and everyone we have in our life, He has given us. Because of that deep love for us, He gave us the ultimate gift of eternal life through the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus. We give as an act of worship because Jesus first gave everything of himself to us (2 Cor. 8:9). Your generosity helps us continue the mission of seeing people transformed into fully devoted followers of Jesus.
Ways to Give
1. Give Online

* Make cheques payable to “Village Church”
4. Securities & Real Estate
It may make sense to donate securities, shares, investments, or real estate that have appreciated in value rather than donating cash of an equivalent amount. In most cases, making this kind of donation to Village Church eliminates any tax on capital gains. The tax savings can be even greater if you hold investments inside your own company. Should you want to donate an investment or have further questions, download this form for contact info and instructions.
Village Church accepts donations of Bitcoin and Ethereum through Charitable Impact, a public foundation that operates as a donor-advised fund. To donate, or for any questions, connect with Account Manager Rob Bancroft here.
When you give cryptocurrency through Charitable Impact, the current market value goes into your Impact Account (like a bank account for your charitable giving). You immediately receive a tax receipt for 100% of that market value. You then allocate the amount of your donation directly to Village Church.

Official donation receipts are sent annually to Canadian residents in February when total giving over the previous year is $25 or more. Receipts for lower amounts or international givers can be provided by request.
