Village School of Ministry

Immerse Program

What this is

251005 Ss Justin Atwood Benjamin Zaharik 05

This part time masters program in Biblical Leadership is for those with a clear call to church leadership.

You should be ready to:

  • Lead people and teams
  • Make decisions in complex environments
  • Take ownership in real ministry contexts
  • Balance leadership responsibility with graduate-level study

This is not designed for:

  • Counselling-focused paths
  • Chaplaincy without leadership responsibility
  • Academic or research-only trajectories

What Makes VSOM Different

You won’t just study ministry, you’ll live it.

VSOM is built around competency-based education, meaning your growth is measured not just by what you know, but by how you lead.

You’ll develop:

  • Leadership capacity
  • Discipleship skills
  • Communication clarity
  • Pastoral awareness
  • Self-leadership and emotional intelligence

All within the real, day-to-day life of a functioning church. And at the end of it all, you walk away with a Masters in Biblical Leadership.
