  • Balance leadership responsibility with graduate-level study

This is not designed for:

  • Counselling-focused paths
  • Chaplaincy without leadership responsibility

What Makes VSOM Different

You won’t just study ministry, you’ll live it.

VSOM is built around competency-based education, meaning your growth is measured not just by what you know, but by how you lead.

You’ll develop:

  • Leadership capacity
  • Discipleship skills
  • Communication clarity
  • Pastoral awareness
  • Self-leadership and emotional intelligence

All within the real, day-to-day life of a functioning church.
