Freedom Session Foundations
Freedom Session is for everyone (19+). We all have hurts, unresolved conflicts, and unhealthy ways, and we avoid dealing with them and justifying behaviours that offend those we love.
Freedom Session Foundations is a 21-week intensive healing discipleship program that uncovers the roots of pain in our lives and invites Jesus Christ to heal them. Whatever your real-life issues might be: strained relationships, feelings of not being good enough, anger, perfectionism, depression, control, shame, guilt, pornography, sexual woundedness, addictions, and more, let Jesus help you face your pains in healthier ways.
Maybe this is your year to step free from whatever holds you back from the abundant life Jesus died to offer you.
Upcoming Cycles
January 2025 Cycle
Dates: Commences on Tuesday, January 14 and ends with graduation on June 10.
Time: 7:00 – 9:30pm
Location: Village Church Surrey North, 9574 160th Street, Surrey, BC
Cost: $70 for 2 workbooks.
Applications close December 16, 2024 (or earlier, if spots are all filled).

Freedom Session Facilitators
With each cycle of Freedom Session, we need emotionally and spiritually mature Village Church members willing to serve as Facilitators. Facilitators have the privilege and responsibility of working through the Freedom Session program at the same time. Those who join our team will experience God using them to disciple others, restore brokenness, put marriages back together and give people a vision for their lives. You will have a front-row seat to watch God perform miracles!
Facilitator Commitment basics:
- FS preparation time for facilitating your Small Group discussion
- Weekly sessions: 6:30-9:30
- Facilitator training January 7th.
