Joel came to Village Church through a family friend who launched the Coquitlam site, where he now serves. He has been a teacher since 2012 and is now excited about working with Village Church and seeing people transformed as they get connected through sites.
When Joel isn’t enjoying a pour-over or a book to help him make sense of something, you might find him trying a new ice-cream place with his wife, Trisha, or lounging with their rabbit, Gigi. While Joel enjoys several different sports, he most often engages in low-impact sports, with lots of space for reflection along the way.
