Freedom Session

Freedom Session is for everyone. We all have hurts, unresolved conflicts and unhealthy ways we avoid dealing with them and justifying behaviours that offend those we love.

Freedom Session is a 21-week intensive healing discipleship program that uncovers the roots of pain in our lives and invites Jesus Christ to heal those things.

Freedom Session deals with real issues: strained relationships, shame, depression, anger, fear, pornography, sexual woundedness or abuse, addiction and more. Beneath these symptoms, you will find a wounded and empty heart looking for hope and meaning. As Jesus begins to heal your heart, the unhealthy and destructive ways you use to escape pain and avoid conflict become less and less attractive.

Freedom Session is for pretty much anyone beyond high school.

Maybe this is your year to step free from whatever holds you back from the abundant life Jesus died to offer you.

Each session runs for 21 consecutive weeks, and we offer sessions that typically start in September or January.
