Village Youth Summer Camp!
We are so excited for our Youth Summer Camps coming up this August 2025! These camps are the biggest events of the year for our Youth Ministry. It’s going to be an unforgettable, high-energy, and life-changing experience that students won’t want to miss.
Camp is open to Village Church youth as well as students from the community—your friends’ kids, your neighbours’ kids—everyone is welcome! Throughout the camp, students will dive into biblical teaching, build meaningful friendships with other students and leaders, and take part in a variety of exciting activities, games, and competitions. Don’t miss out on an incredible summer!
Both Jr. and Sr. High camps will take place at Camp Luther in Mission, BC. Students will stay overnight in newly renovated cabins, each equipped with its own washroom and change room. Cabins are typically grouped by age, with two adult leaders assigned to each cabin to guide and support students throughout the week. These leaders participate in all the fun activities, lead small group discussions, and help create an unforgettable camp experience.

Registration Deadline Aug. 1, 2025
If someone cancels their registration, we retain a minimum $50.00 administration fee. For cancellations made after August 1, 2025, only 50% of the total cost will be refunded. However, if a family emergency or serious situation arises, we are happy to review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Volunteer at Summer Camp!
We want to invite you to be part of the Village Youth Summer Camp experience! Camp is going to be an unforgettable week for our students, but what makes it truly life-changing is the investment of our incredible leaders.
To serve at camp, every leader must complete a Criminal Record Check (or have one on file with Village Church), complete our Village Youth Plan to Protect course through an online workshop and attend our Summer Camp Training Night.
There are several ways to serve at camp, and one of the best parts of volunteering is that everyone plays a role in making it an amazing experience! Priority will be given to current Village Youth Volunteers, but we encourage anyone interested to apply. Once you’ve applied, our team will reach out to confirm your placement.
