Village Immerse: 5 Things You Need to Know

As we “equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12) we are excited to launch Village Immerse, a brand new way we are developing high-level leaders for our city and country. These are the big things you need to know.

It’s fully accredited

A Village Immerse Master’s of Divinity (MDiv) Degree is no different than any other MDiv. We have worked closely with Fellowship Pacific to offer a fully accredited Master’s Degree just like you would receive at a seminary school. The Village Immerse MDiv is a four-year program.

It’s about Village DNA

All Village Immerse students have the incredible opportunity to be able to work side by side with the Village Church staff. In fact, all students will learn the approaches and values that make Village Church unique.

It’s hands-on

Instead of sitting in classrooms, Village Immerse students will complete projects that put them right in the middle of Village Church ministry. Students will have the opportunity to plan and execute ministry and events in direct collaboration with Village Church staff as part of their education.

It’s academic

The standards of academic excellence are no different for Village Immerse than for a typical seminary graduate program. In fact, all assignments and papers will be graded by professors currently teaching in Christian seminaries.

It’s accessible

The Village Immerse program is structured in a way that allows it to offer a graduate degree at a much lower financial cost to students. While a typical seminary degree can cost upwards of $10,000 annually, the Village Immerse program is offered at an accessible $3,000 per year.
Applications are now being accepted for our first intake in September 2017. You can click here to learn more about Village Immerse and how to apply.
